Our occupational therapy services are developed and delivered with a heavy emphasis on self-awareness, education, support, and collaborative problem-solving. Together, we will consider the areas of your life that need improvement and identify simple, practical ways to meet those needs.
Services can be provided either via tele-health to individuals across North Carolina, or in-person at our Charlotte location. Our custom interventions will help you to:

The road to feeling less overwhelmed starts by taking inventory and then setting appropriate goals to implement your own self-care plan. We recommend that clients work with us for a minimum of 5 sessions to address their goals.

Initial Intake
A full analysis to explore your current lifestyle, routines, habits, needs, and areas to be addressed. We will informally gather information related to your current diagonsis, symptoms, challenges, stressors, and consider your primary goals to be addressed.
Intervention Sessions
Upon completion of the initial assessment, the individual treatment sessions are where we continue to build the therapeutic relationship while discovering and implementing lifestyle changes tailored to your unique needs.
Follow-Up Sessions
This session is intended to occur after your intervention sessions to review your progress with implementing the designed treatment interventions. This is designed to be a brief check-in to discuss current progress, any needs for revision, and encourage consistency.
